Better Spotify Links

Spotify have handy links so you can direct people directly to albums, but they're not exactly informative:
UPDATE: On the 21st October they improved their links, but they still lack Facebook integration and album art.
Well, until they fix things, I've had a stab:

All you need to do is change the first part of the url from http://open.spotify.com/ to http://spotibot.com/ (see those two examples above).
Want an easy way? Here's a bookmarklet: Spotibot Link
Right-click that link and add it to your bookmarks/favourites. Click it when viewing an open.spotify.com link to go to the same album with Spotibot.
And that's not all
As well as the added information, you can also click 'Share on Facebook' to post an album - complete with cover art and added information - to your Facebook profile:

The data is a mix of the official Spotify metadata API, and some special sauce. Noteably, the cover art is fetched via a method of my own devising and may not always be 100% accurate.
